Kirsty
Kirsty has worked in pubs and bars for a number of years and has a wealth of experience, she recently returned on a part time basis following the birth of her mini me – Willow. She is responsible for running the social media platforms and also draws a mean chalkboard.
Jason
Jason is Head Chef and brings with him 25 years experience in a range of kitchens. He will lead the menu development and delivery of the menu. We will be looking at Jason to provide some exciting innovations to fit all the seasons of the year, but also ensuring we retain a good home cooked feel, and the food can be eaten in all areas of the pub.
Ellen
Jack of all trades Ellen can be seen in the kitchen or behind the bar, she doesn’t mind, but be guaranteed she will leave her mark wherever it is, whether it be coffee beans, eggs or tea towels. Currently in her second year of a Physiotherapy Degree, she still picks up plenty of hours over the weekend – and is famous for selling the bonus ball tickets….
Kian
Part timer Kian or Conrad to some of the locals does a shift every Saturday around his studies at AECC University in Bournemouth. It would appear his favourite drink is Pimms & Lemonade.
Connor
Connor recently joined the Team on a part time basis – again around his studies. Allegedly he is a decent egg chaser, and as a result his body is fairly broken for a 20 year old. His drink of choice is either Guiness or Tequilla.
Sam
Another new Team Member – who works around his job as a Pro Golfer. Although he doesn’t play too much as time is limited. A non drinker – so always reliable and never complains of a hangover.
Lanah
Lanah has worked with us on a part time basis for over a year – starting as a wishy washy. She now works front of house over the weekend, apparently her favourite and least favourite drink is the same – Bacardi. She will be seen eating a variety of very healthy food items whilst on shift.
Behind the scenes
We cannot ignore the 3 girls who work behind the scenes washing, cleaning and keeping the garden and back of house tidy – Morgan(Mildred), Keisha & Mia.
